These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern enrollment in and participation in the Certified Corporate Longevity Specialist™ program ("Program") offered by Healthcare Revolution LLC ("Healthcare Revolution," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1Program Overview
The Certified Corporate Longevity Specialist™ Program is a professional educational program designed to provide participants with education, frameworks, tools, and resources relating to corporate longevity programs, executive health strategies, employee benefits, program design, implementation, and related topics.
The Program is generally delivered through self-paced, on-demand educational content and may include videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, assessments, digital resources, and other educational materials.
The anticipated time commitment is approximately 10 to 12 hours. Actual completion time may vary by participant.
Healthcare Revolution may update Program content, modules, resources, technology, instructors, or delivery methods from time to time to reflect developments in the field or improve the Program.
2Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment requires payment of the applicable Program fee displayed at the time of purchase.
The standard individual enrollment price is currently $995 per participant unless a different price, promotional rate, corporate license, bundled arrangement, or other pricing has been offered or agreed to by Healthcare Revolution.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to the Program is provided unless Healthcare Revolution agrees otherwise in writing.
Corporate or group purchases may be subject to additional terms, pricing, or licensing arrangements.
3NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PROGRAM FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
By purchasing or enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that Healthcare Revolution does not provide refunds after purchase or enrollment, including if you:
- Do not begin the Program;
- Begin but do not complete the Program;
- Do not complete the Program within any applicable access period;
- Change your mind after purchasing;
- Determine that the Program does not meet your personal or professional expectations;
- Are unable to participate because of scheduling, employment, travel, technology, or other personal circumstances; or

Because access to digital educational content and Program resources may be made available following enrollment, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy at the time of purchase.
No refund will be provided for unused or partially used Program access.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Participants are responsible for maintaining adequate internet access, equipment, software, and other technology necessary to participate in the Program.
Healthcare Revolution is not responsible for a participant's inability to access the Program because of the participant's internet connection, equipment, software, security settings, or other technology outside Healthcare Revolution's reasonable control.

Individual enrollment is intended for one participant only.
You may not share your username, password, account access, course materials, videos, assessments, templates, or other Program resources with another person.

Healthcare Revolution may establish reasonable Program completion requirements, which may include completion of required modules, videos, educational materials, assessments, or other Program components.
Healthcare Revolution reserves the right to reasonably modify Program completion requirements as the Program evolves.
Healthcare Revolution may withhold or revoke a Certificate of Participation in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized account sharing, academic dishonesty, unauthorized distribution of Program materials, misuse of Healthcare Revolution intellectual property, or other material violations of these Terms.

The Certificate of Participation is issued to the individual participant and may not be transferred to another person.
Participants may not alter, falsify, reproduce for another individual, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse the Certificate of Participation.
Participation in or completion of the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, endorsement, or other formal professional relationship between the participant and Healthcare Revolution.
Participants may not use the Program name, Certificate of Participation, Healthcare Revolution name, trademarks, logos, or other branding in a manner that falsely suggests Healthcare Revolution has licensed, endorsed, approved, or authorized the participant to provide medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance, or other regulated professional services.
