Corporate wellness is becoming corporate longevity. Lead it.
CCLS is the professional credential that prepares benefits, HR, and wellness leaders to bring real longevity science into their company and defend it in front of executives, finance, and their own team. No clinical background required.
Lifetime course access
Wellness, as our field built it, did not work. The evidence is in.
For over a decade, employers were sold a clean story: get people moving, eating better, and screened, and health improves while costs fall. When it was finally tested properly, the story did not hold. CCLS starts by being honest about that, then shows you what fixes it.
What wellness promised
- 1Healthier employeesBetter weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose across the workforce.
- 2Lower medical spendingFewer claims and less use of expensive care.
- 3A clear return on investmentSavings that paid for the program and then some.
What the landmark trial found
- 1No significant change in healthAfter two years, no measurable effect on weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood glucose.
- 2No drop in spendingNo measurable reduction in medical spending or use of health care services.
- 3The ROI was ruled outThe trial ruled out the medical-spending and absenteeism returns vendors had promised for years.
American workers covered by workplace wellness programs of this kind. This was not a niche failure.
of senior executives already pay for longevity care personally, out of pocket, after tax. The other half want it and have not found an easy way to get it.
of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes could be prevented through lifestyle change, per the CDC. These are the conditions that drive employer cost.
Wellness measured activity instead of biology, treated everyone the same, and never measured real change. Longevity hands the field the instruments it never had, and CCLS teaches you to use them.
By the end, you will be able to
This is a credential, not a webinar. Every module ends with skills you can use in a meeting the next day.
Speak the science
Explain longevity, biological age, healthspan, and the data layer in plain language an executive instantly understands.
Judge what is real
Sort every intervention into established, emerging, or unproven, and protect your company and its executives from hype.
Build the benefit
Design an executive longevity benefit, then a tiered population program that brings the same thinking to the whole workforce affordably.
Lead the case
Win the CFO, legal, and leadership, prove the program works with real data, and communicate it to your workforce.
Thirteen modules, one path.
You move from the science, to the executive program, to the wider field, to leading it inside your own company. Each tier sets up the next, and most modules split into two focused parts.
